Thursday, November 12, 2026 — Elliot Ackerman will appear at the Charleston Literary Festival, held November 6–15 at the historic Dock Street Theatre in Charleston, South Carolina.
About the Festival
Charleston Literary Festival brings authors and readers together for conversations about books and ideas in the heart of historic Charleston. The 2026 festival will feature more than 60 authors and interlocutors across a ten-day program spanning fiction, history, politics, poetry, theater, and other subjects.
Most sessions are approximately one hour and combine an author conversation with audience questions. Events are presented one at a time at Dock Street Theatre, allowing attendees to follow the full program without overlapping sessions.
Elliot Ackerman at Charleston
Elliot returns to the festival following his 2025 appearance with novelist Roxana Robinson and moderator Lucas Wittmann for a conversation about honor in literature and society.
